Open Point of Sale → Products in your Odoo 18 POS backend.

Use the Pinned filter in the POS product screen to instantly view only your pinned products.
Each POS user manages their own set of pinned products for a personalized and efficient POS experience.
Pinned status is instantly updated across all POS sessions for the user.
